Our statement on Governor Newsom's recent veto of AB 957, which proposed that courts deciding custody cases must consider whether each parent affirmed the child's gender identity, and that a parent's affirmation of their child's gender identity is included in what defines the health, safety, and welfare of the child.

The Roseville Joint Union High School District will be discussing the item at their next board meeting; no formal action will be taken. This discussion is your opportunity to share your voice to help protect trans & nonbinary youth.
