10×10 or 10×20 booth spaces are available through our EventHub site. All booth vendors will be required to register and pay through EventHub.
All booths will include the following:
– One Festival Tent
– Access to electricity
– One 8 foot table
– Two chairs
Additional tables & chairs are available at an extra cost.
ALL booth holders are required to use the festival provided tent. Exceptions will only be made for branded tents approved by the Pride director prior to the festival.

Local/Small Business: $750
Corporate: $1000
10×20 Booth
Nonprofit: $650
Local/Small Business: $900
Corporate: $1300
Add-ons:
Additional 8 foot table: $25
Additional 2 folding chairs: $25

Deadline to apply for a booth is May 15, 2024 – BOOTH REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
Applications submitted past May 15, will be accepted and approved on a case by case basis by the Pride director and will be subject to a late fee of $200.
