Make a Difference! Volunteer!

Pride depends on volunteers just like you!

We depend on a small army of volunteers to help us make Pride such a successful event year after year. Sacramento Pride is produced by and supports the programs and services of the Sacramento Gay & Lesbian Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Center provides services for LGBT and questioning youth, a free weekly legal clinic, transgender support services, programs for HIV+ men, discussion groups and activities for gay and lesbian adults, and much more. Sacramento Pride is the primary source of funding for these critically important services.

Why Volunteer?

Free admission to Pride and a free t-shirt.
It’s a great way to give back to the community.
You get to meet lots of great people, many who you have never met before.
You gain valuable experience being part of a high-profile project.
